    Coach,

    I have a problem with the a HS female discus thrower who throws consistantly over 115 feet. Her best throws end up out of the sector on the right. She is right handed. Footwork is good, she very fast, hips are “winning the race.” The disk just seems to slide out of her hand early and end up out of sector. Any suggestions as to where I should be looking?
